Crimes are mostly commited because the person is suffering pain..Whether it be because they are poor, lonely, heartbroken or even just having a mental relapse..We have no right whatsoever to take another humans life..Doing that makes us murderers and also there are the issues of being falsely accused..No no no death penalty
