The Spirit cannot be seen. It is like the air we breath, we can feel it and we need it to get on with our day 2 day lives

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Holy Trinity(The Father, The Son, Holy Spirit). The Holy Spirit is the presence of God promised by Christ and sent to His disciples at Pentecost representing Gods active presence in the believer, the church, and the world.

John 14:15-17..If you love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever- the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him for he lives with you and will be in you.

Gods Holy Spirit is not a ghost, an emotional high, or some kind of mystical force. He is a living being who was involved in creating the world and creating you. The Bible describes the Holy Spirit as a teacher, guide, comforter, helper and counselor. It also says that when we become a Christian, the Holy Spirit will actually live within us, helping us live the life that God intended for us.
